Gary L. Wingo is a Vice President at ARPC in Washington, DC.  He is a member of the Leadership Team.  Mr. Wingo has worked with mass tort defendants, bankruptcies and trust funds for over 20 years.  He has been involved in finance and claims matters involving asbestos, the Dalkon Shield device, breast implants, silica, anti-psychotic drugs, chemical contamination and other mass torts.  Mr. Wingo has also participated in the start-up of many of the currently existing trusts, and serves as the primary auditor for the operations and facilities of most of the active trust organizations. 

Mr. Wingo has also served as an expert witness in the valuation of damages in both a trademark case as well as a corporate case involving DOJ penalties.  He has also testified in an arbitration proceeding involving insurance matters in London and before the legislature of the state of Virginia in a tax-related matter.  Mr. Wingo has also served in corporate planning positions in three Fortune 50 companies.  He is a published author of several articles and software programs addressing geographic site selection issues for small format retailers.
