Thomas E. Vasquez, Ph.D., is a Vice President with ARPC in the New York office. He is a member of the Leadership Team. Dr. Vasquez has over 25 years of experience in economic policy matters, model development, litigation support and government services. He is widely recognized as a leading authority on the development of analytical models and data bases for the investigation of economic and financial issues.
Dr. Vasquez has provided expert testimony, depositions and analytical litigation support on a broad spectrum of issues involving statistical techniques, computer simulation, economic behavior and economic models, including, among others:
