TRUST MANAGEMENT CONSULTING

ARPC consultants are experts in the establishment and operation of product liability settlement trusts. We are able to help our clients in every aspect of managing a trust from the pre-formation process design through on-going operations, governance and audit. We have significant experience with trusts in claims processing, cash-flow management and liability valuation/assessment. We are well-versed in the needs and issues of product liability trusts, and therefore we offer a broad perspective. Even though each trust to which we consult has unique requirements and challenges, our collective experience enables us to provide unique perspective and advice to our clients. We have experience meeting with trustees and their legal representatives regarding claim and asset status, as well as various other issues for which we maintain responsibility. Many of our consultants have experience providing expert testimony regarding our work product in bankruptcy court when requested.
