Edward J. Bell is a Vice President of ARPC in Washington, DC.  He is a member of the Leadership Team.  Since 1984, Mr. Bell has worked in the fields of management consulting and business systems development.  He has spent his career designing, developing, and implementing business applications for a wide variety of organizations.  Moreover, Mr. Bell has managed projects covering a broad spectrum of business activities, ranging from finance and accounting to marketing, operations, and planning.  Mr. Bell has designed and applied an enterprise-level methodology for systems design and development which is specifically suited to business intelligence and litigation support applications.

Upon selling the IT consultancy he founded in 1990 and ran for 12 years, Mr. Bell came to ARPC to start and run their Business Intelligence practice focused on providing IT and data base support to litigation case teams, corporate legal departments, and trusts.

 A representative sampling of the sorts of projects Mr. Bell led includes:

 

  • Building a case tracking and management tool for an Am Law 100 firm.
  • Leading the project to deploy a national, real-time inventory management and pricing system
  • Overseeing the design and development of a business intelligence solution for a national distributor
  • Building a conference scheduling tool for one of the largest producers of technical conferences in the country
  • Developing an e-commerce market tool that is used by over 2,000 store fronts world wide.
